We are looking for a motivated **Software Engineer** to join our growing team in Niš, Serbia. Are you a strong team player, able to communicate clearly and with a pragmatic mindset? Are you passionate about technology and enjoy learning new things? Let’s talk!

## Tasks

• Defining and developing features
• Maintaining and improving our core product
• Taking an active part in code reviews
• Actively helping other engineers whenever necessary
• Taking responsibility for code quality and testability
• Assuming a leadership role in time, by providing support and guidance to junior members

## Requirements

• **Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science**
• A profound understanding of data structures and algorithms
• **Good knowledge of a major programming language**, ideally Python and JavaScript. _If you do not know Python or JavaScript, we are happy to get you up to speed though_
• Ability to work in a team together and helping to nurture a healthy and supportive work environment
• Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
• Fluency in English
