Position Summary

Our client, a well established organization within the automotive industry, is seeking energetic, customer focused, and technology savvy Customer Service Representatives to support its sales and customer experience operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable customer journey by serving as a central point of contact for customers and supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service functions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in fast paced environments, and possess a naturally positive and professional attitude.

The Customer Service Representative will help coordinate customer interactions, manage inquiries, support appointment scheduling, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers receive timely and exceptional service throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, messaging platforms, and in person interactions.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow ups, and customer communications.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company systems.

• Support the sales team by coordinating customer information, appointments, documentation, and follow up activities.

• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.

• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding requests.

• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry as required.

• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate more complex issues appropriately.

• Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and customer centric environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics.

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent qualification would be an asset.

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre operations, hospitality, retail, or administrative support is preferred.

• Experience interacting directly with customers in a professional environment.
