Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented In-Room Dining Server to join our F&B team.

About the role:

You will ideally have a special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food and beverage offering is at the center of our guest experience.  You will be responsible for offering guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience in their rooms. You must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.

What You will do:

• Breakdown, clean and set-up tray tables and Room Service side stations. 
• Assist with delivery of food items to guest rooms.
• Assist with the cleaning of operational areas.
• Ensure full understanding of the menu with the ability to effectively provide our customers with detailed description of dishes.
• Clear, clean and set-up room service tray tables; ensure that guest corridors and service landings are free from tray tables and debris.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

What You will bring:

• Previous F&B experience/or the Internship is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
• Outstanding communications skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.
