Description
More than one million people in the United States today are fighting blood cancer. While a traditional allogeneic stem cell transplant has been the best hope for many, the transplant itself can prove fatal or lead to serious conditions, such as graft vs. host disease. Orca Bio is a late-stage biotechnology company redefining the transplant process by developing next-generation cell therapies with the goal of providing significantly better survival rates with dramatically fewer risks. The Facility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the physical tenant infrastructure, coordinating and executing maintenance and calibration/certification activities, operating utility systems, managing service providers, maintaining GMP and safety compliance, and serving as the liaison with the building landlord. The Facility Coordinator works closely with other departments to support the overall goals of the organization.
This will be an onsite role (3400 Business Drive) with a schedule of Monday - Friday (7 a.m. / 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. / 5 p.m.)
