Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will primarily focus on product support responsibilities, while also contributing to product testing and product analysis efforts. This position provides an opportunity to build product management expertise by partnering with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk management, and quality assurance teams.
This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who is interested in product management and enjoys working across business and technology teams to support product operations, testing activities, and data-driven decision-making.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Product Management and Support Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, including document intelligence, workflow automation, decision support, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
Provide production support for Loan Quality applications by responding to user support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and communicating resolutions.
Perform application testing and validation for new features and enhancements, reproduce reported issues, and partner with development teams to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
Translate business challenges and user pain points into AI-ready problem statements, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
Support evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases by developing lightweight business cases that assess value, feasibility, implementation considerations, and associated risks.
Help bridge the gap between business teams, product management, and technology partners to ensure AI initiatives remain aligned to operational objectives.
Support product analysis activities by documenting findings, assisting with requirement validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve application functionality and user experience.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Desired Experiences:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of experience in product support, application testing, business analysis, or a related technology support role.
Experience triaging support tickets, investigating application issues, and working with technical teams to resolve customer-reported defects.
Interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar) to improve productivity in areas such as test case creation, analysis, documentation, and support processes.
Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.
