The KFAS Supervisor oversees the KFAS daily operations, ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children while delivering exceptional service to families. Additionally, supervises KFAS attendants, coordinate age-appropriate activities, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and support the guest experience through personalized service and meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities (including: swimming, outdoor games and activities, arts and crafts) based on ages and skill level of children ensuring safety of children.
Oversee and support the execution of daily operations, ensuring high service standards are met.
Foster a guest-focused environment and serve as a point of contact for escalated concerns.
Collaborate with the Manager in training and coaching team members to uphold brand standards and policies.
Ensure department spaces are clean, organized, and set for success at all times.
Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain alignment with the departmental budget.
Support the planning, coordination, and hosting departmental events and activations.
Create and implement elevated offerings to enhance guest experience and service differentiation.
Assist with scheduling, labor forecasting, and overall labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
What you bring:
Education: High school education or equivalent experience, CPR, First Aide, and Lifeguard current
Experience: 2-3 years of work with children in this age group. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
