We're hiring Front Office Managers as well as Assistant Front Office Mangers at Old Faithful Snow Lodge and Mammoth Hot Springs. Experience the "secret season" of Yellowstone – an unforgettable winter adventure awaits!
Job Summary:
As a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Guest Service Department at the location you're hired to. Daily tasks include but are not limited to training staff to resolve guest problems skillfully with a willingness and desire to understand and take necessary steps to satisfy the guest.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: December 2026 to March 2027Pay: $1,764.00/bi-weekly to $1,848.00/bi-weekly Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
Front Office Manager
- Lead daily Front Office and Bell Operations, ensuring exceptional guest service while meeting operational and financial goals.
- Coach, develop, and motivate Front Office, Bell, and Guest Services leaders through training, performance feedback, and ongoing support.
- Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally, fostering positive experiences for both guests and team members.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational processes, including reservations, room inventory, and departmental records to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage Front Office administrative and financial functions, including cash handling, inventory, supplies, and compliance with company policies and lodging standards.
Assistant Front Office Manager
- Lead Front Office and Bell Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve operational objectives.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Front Office, Bell, and Guest Services teams through training, feedback, and performance management.
- Resolve guest and team member concerns with professionalism, creating a positive and service-focused environment.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, reservations, and room inventory to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Oversee cash handling, inventory, and administrative processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and lodging standards.

Physical Requirements include:
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Standing for up to eight hours per shift.
- Requires bending, stretching and reaching throughout a shift.
- Working with required chemicals.
