- Experience working within customer sites and integrated delivery teams.
- Knowledge of systems engineering, quality assurance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex engineering work packages with fixed external milestones and customer-facing governance.
- Proven track record of managing programmes involving multiple technical disciplines and external stakeholders.
- Experience leading delivery within regulated, safety-critical or mission-critical environments.
- Experience managing programme risks, dependencies and resource constraints to achieve delivery objectives.
- Experience supporting large-scale engineering transformation, assurance or compliance programmes is highly desirable.
