ABOUT THE ROLE

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven high-tech company with more than 160 brilliant people from all over the world. We are looking for a Workplace Manager & Team Assistant who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at our Čakovec Campus while providing organizational and administrative support to the Managing Director and local teams. 

As the central point of contact for our workplace, you will create an environment where employees, candidates, visitors, and partners feel welcomed and supported. From workplace operations and employee initiatives to organizational coordination and administrative support, you will help ensure that our teams can focus on delivering great results every day. 

The role will be based at our Campus in Čakovec, at the central reception desk. 


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You will be the first point of contact for employees, candidates, visitors, and partners, creating a welcoming workplace experience
• You will take ownership of workplace operations, ensuring a safe, well-equipped, and fully operational campus while coordinating suppliers, service providers, and facility-related activities 
• You will support onboarding activities, employee events, and local People Team initiatives 
• You will drive continuous improvements across workplace operations, employee experience, and Health & Safety practices 
• You will provide organizational, administrative, and coordination support to the Managing Director and local teams 
• You will coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, visitor logistics, and business travel 
• You will take ownership of organizational and administrative topics that do not have a clear owner, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and teams can focus on their core work 

 
YOUR PROFILE 

• You have experience in office management, workplace coordination, team assistance, executive assistance, or a similar support role 
• You have a strong service mindset and enjoy creating positive experiences for employees and visitors 
• You are highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and have excellent follow-through in a dynamic environment 
• You communicate confidently and professionally with employees, leaders, suppliers, and external partners 
• You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of workplace, administrative, and operational topics 
• You are proficient in MS Office and communicate fluently in English
