Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Products team. In this role, you will take ownership of a strategically important product portfolio within primary processing solutions for the food industry.

You do not need to have experience with primary processing to succeed in this role. What matters most is that you have a solid technical understanding, a commercial mindset and the ability to bring people, priorities and practical solutions together.

You will be the person who helps create overview, direction and momentum around the product area. You will work closely with colleagues in sales, engineering, production, procurement and documentation to ensure that our solutions are competitive, well-structured and easy to work with – both for customers and for the teams delivering them.

About the role

As Product Manager, you will be close to both the technology and the business. You will listen to customer and market needs, understand what is technically possible and help turn this into product direction, priorities and improvements.

Some days you will be discussing product improvements with engineering or production. Other days you will support sales with product input, value propositions or customer-specific considerations. The common thread is that you help make the product area stronger, more structured and easier to scale.

Your tasks

• Take ownership of a defined product portfolio within primary processing solutions
• Create and maintain a clear product roadmap based on customer needs, market input and business priorities
• Support sales with product knowledge, value propositions and commercial input
• Drive product improvements, standardization and modular solutions
• Work with engineering, production and procurement to ensure practical and scalable solutions
• Contribute to costing, pricing input and product-related business decisions
• Help ensure that documentation, manuals and product information are updated and easy to use

Who are you?

You have a relevant technical background, for example within mechanical engineering, production technology or a similar field. You may have experience from product management, product ownership, application engineering, technical sales support or a similar role.

Most importantly, you understand how technical solutions are developed, produced, sold and supported in practice. You are good at creating structure, setting direction and keeping an overview when several stakeholders and priorities are involved.

We also imagine that you:

• Have a commercial mindset and understand the connection between customer needs, technical choices, cost, standardization and profitability
• Communicate clearly in English and Danish
• Enjoy working with colleagues across functions and locations
• Are curious, structured and able to turn input from many sides into clear priorities and practical action
• Have experience with food processing, machinery, production equipment or industrial solutions – this is an advantage, but not a requirement
