About your team
The Protected Benefits Team within the Client Experience Platform (CEP) supports and maintains pension administration services for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. The team provides end-to-end support to pension scheme members throughout the administration lifecycle, while also delivering specialist services to trustees and members when required.

- Effectively manage and prioritise your workload while supporting wider team objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, particularly in the absence of management.

- Escalate risks, issues, and potential service impacts promptly and appropriately.
About your role
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure client instructions are processed accurately and within agreed timescales. You will collaborate with a range of teams across multiple locations to ensure priority work is completed efficiently and service commitments are met.
Alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities, you will have opportunities to contribute to projects, service improvement initiatives, and subject matter expertise activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and Fidelity's values.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a minimum of three years' experience in pension administration.
- Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work within agreed deadlines.

- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Manage and respond to mailbox queries, escalations, and operational requests.
- Handle sensitive client data with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while being capable of operating independently when required.
- Contribute to non-BAU activities, including mailbox management, process improvements, and change implementation initiatives.
