Business Support/ Office Manager
Bangkok, Thailand
About the role
This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of office facilities, business support services, and associated IT administration activities. Working in an office environment, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised workplace while supporting employees, visitors, and suppliers. The role combines facilities management, office administration, and operational support, making it ideal for a highly organised professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities. Essential requirements include at least 5 years' experience in office administration or facilities management, strong English and computer skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, catering, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for office services and suppliers.
- Manage office suppliers and contractors, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and workplace services.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and workplace improvement activities.
- Maintain records of office equipment, fixed assets, and inventory.
- Support IT administration activities, including device logistics and office hardware requests.
- Support health, safety, environmental, and business support activities, including audits and workplace initiatives.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- At least 5 years' experience in office administration, facilities management, or corporate operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Management, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, purchase orders, and invoice processes.

The guide salary for this role ranges from 374,000 THB to 480,000 THB per year. Your actual pay will be based on factors including your experience and expertise.
