Senior Account Representative (Senior FX Dealer)

We’re hiring a Senior Account Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients by delivering outstanding service, insights, and value. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in FX, cross-border payments, banking, fintech, or account management, ready to apply their knowledge and expertise to make a tangible impact on client success and business growth.

 

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, leveraging strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value.
• Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management.
  Help drive new business performance through early engagement with new clients and support of our Business Development team.
• Help guide and mentor less experienced team members by role modelling best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years (approx) experience in FX, cross-border payments in an account management or sales position.
• Proven ability to build and grow Enterprise customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex hedging and payments solutions.
• Proactive in finding new relationships and opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin (conversational) is an advantage.
• You must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Hong Kong to be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with FX derivatives.
• Understanding of credit management frameworks.
• Ability to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements.
