Responsibilities

This sub family is responsible for conducting analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Duties may include providing research and assistance with implementation of community policies and guidance. Employees may also support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.

Basic Requirements:• Strategic Planning Experience – support the evolution of the sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities• Performance Management Experience – ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics• Enterprise Architecture Experience – have a foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture related to technical collection, and be able to communicate its relationship to the overall Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio• Keep abreast of the IC Portfolio of Technical Investments-related strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated technical collection enterprise architecture• Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues• Make recommendations to keep strategy, performance, and architecture aligned accordingly• Function as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities and services delivery and requirements concerns• Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives• Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:• TS/SCI with Polygraph required• Requires BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. However, an additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.• Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills• Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills• Provide appropriate audience-written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills• Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities• Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.)• Ability to do assessments of technical documents and provide input on areas of concern, integration issues, and other value add recommendations• Expert in technical decomposition and requirements generation• Familiarity with Microelectronics• Familiarity with Risk ManagementDesired Qualifications:• Technical degree in Engineering or Science, practical not theoretical• Broad experience with the IC and touch points to DoD• AI certification

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
