Training Specialist

Job Summary

Develop and conduct interactive training courses to a wide range of Medline employees.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and conduct training workshops delivered to all levels of Medline employees
• Provide General or Specialized training as required. Customizing training programs to meet their specific needs.
• Schedule and coordinate the training calendar. Organize and prepare all participant workbook materials including handouts, case studies, role plays, videos, etc.
• Record all training hours, to help insure consistency in training processes. Log all test scores.
• Responsible for retention and understating of training materials.
• Grade, provide feedback, and coach employees on training program work assignments.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs. Solicit formal training program feedback at set intervals; collect, interpret and report out data, proposing suggested actions in response to feedback received
• Update and customize course materials as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related field OR a combination of education and experience.

Certification / Licensure:

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year relevant business experience

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$58,000.00 - $87,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
