Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un Planner para garantizar la operación eficiente y segura de nuestros espacios de trabajo, asegurando una experiencia positiva para los colaboradores mediante la administración de instalaciones, coordinación de proveedores y atención de requerimientos del lugar de trabajo.

Funciones principales

• Supervisar el funcionamiento de oficinas, salas de juntas y áreas comunes.
• Coordinar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos con proveedores externos.
• Dar seguimiento a incidencias de HVAC, iluminación, mobiliario, electricidad y plomería.
• Coordinar servicios de limpieza, jardinería y seguridad.
• Atender solicitudes de usuarios y dar soporte a eventos corporativos.
• Administrar proveedores, órdenes de compra y facturación de servicios.
• Apoyar en inspecciones de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (EHS).
• Elaborar reportes de mantenimiento y desempeño de proveedores.

Requisitos

• Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afín.
• 1 a 5 años de experiencia en Facilities Management, Workplace Services o Administración de Edificios.
• Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y atención al cliente interno.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Competencias

Orientación al cliente, organización, comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas y gestión de múltiples prioridades.

L-V: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
