What You'll Do
As a Concrete Laborer, you'll be an essential part of our construction team by:

• Assisting with concrete forming, placement, and finishing activities
• Installing rebar and wire mesh
• Preparing jobsites through grading, dirt work, and material handling
• Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting experienced Foremen and crew members on commercial construction projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Construction experience is helpful but not required
• Desire to learn and grow within the construction industry

Education and Experience Needed to be Successful:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-6 months experience in a similar position or industry.

Compensation Range: $20-$24/hr DOE
