What You'll Do
As a Concrete Laborer, you'll help build some of Colorado's most important commercial projects by:
- Assisting with concrete placement, forming, and site preparation
- Installing rebar and wire mesh
- Grading and preparing job sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and organized worksites
- Supporting foremen and crews to keep projects running safely and efficiently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Construction experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
