Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, your day typically involves transforming design ideas into tangible prototype solutions that enhance the overall user experience. You will focus on creating efficient and effective software engineering outcomes that align with both design goals and technical possibilities. Your role requires balancing creativity with practical implementation, ensuring that prototypes are developed swiftly while maintaining a clear understanding of the impact on user interaction and system performance. Collaboration and iterative refinement are key aspects of your daily activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of user-centered solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and technical implementation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve prototype functionality based on user feedback and testing.
- Document prototype development processes and share knowledge with team members.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks related to user interface creation.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and usability standards.
- Ability to translate design specifications into interactive and functional prototypes.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for user interface components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Interface Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
