We are seeking a Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering graduate, or a student in the final stages of their degree.
The person in this role will participate in the design and validation of manufacturing processes for medical devices, with a focus on welding processes. They will also be responsible for supporting the introduction of new products into Production, providing support to customers and collaborating with various internal departments as required, among other responsibilities.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or currently pursuing the final stage of such studies.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented profile.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process design and validation.
- Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of welding processes.
- Basic programming skills.
- Basic knowledge of materials science.
