Description
As an F&B Data Analyst, you are at the center of complex challenges within the food and beverage industry. You translate large volumes of raw data, such as sales figures, inventory movements, consumer trends and production data, into clear strategic insights and concrete action points for our clients and internal teams.
Our company is based out of Vianen, Utrecht (NL). We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

As a Buyer at Real Result, you are the linchpin in strategic purchasing processes. You work closely with various leading players in the sector, from hospitality to catering and from Leisure to on-the-move. Our client base is diverse and impressive. Think of names like Ron Blaauw, Perfect Serve, Albron, Beerze Bulten, Vue Cinemas, Koninklijk Theater Carré, and many others.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop, maintain and automate dashboards, KPI reports and analyses tailored to the food and beverage market.
- Trend & Market Analysis: Identify consumption trends, seasonal effects and cost fluctuations within the F&B sector.
- Advisory: Proactively advise clients and management based on data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Data Quality Management: Safeguard the quality, integrity and reliability of supplied and processed data sources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement client-specific data solutions.
- Accuracy and timeliness of delivered dashboards and analyses.
- Measurable cost savings or efficiency gains realized for clients based on your recommendations.
- Successful adoption and use of data tools by end users.
About you:
- Education: Vocational (MBO) or bachelor's (HBO) degree in (Business) Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Food & Beverage, FMCG or retail sector.
- Technical skills:
- Excellent command of SQL and Excel.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, communicative (able to translate complex data into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders) and commercially aware.
