Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Business Requirements Analysis, Life Sciences Industry.
- Good To Have Skills: Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Business Requirements Analysis, Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and systems.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.
- Experience in mapping current state processes and defining future state solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
