This role is to support Onshore and Offshore COE team in data analysis and reporting (KPIs, SLAs, operational dashboards, Clients’ portfolio, management and team reporting).
Role Summary:
The Manager – Metrics and Analytics will lead the development, automation, and delivery of metrics-driven insights to support marketing and renewables business initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in metrics design, ETL processes, SQL, VBA, Python, and BI reporting tools to manage data workflows, enable accurate reporting, and provide actionable analytics that support strategic decision-making. Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and advanced reporting platforms will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust metrics frameworks to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion trends, and renewables project outcomes.
- Lead the development and optimization of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple internal and external sources into reporting and analytics platforms.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, data validation, and business performance tracking.
- Build automation solutions using VBA and Python to streamline reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI and Qlik to deliver timely, accurate, and user-friendly business insights.
- Use AI-driven tools and analytics techniques to enhance reporting efficiency, identify trends, improve forecasting, and support data-led decision-making.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support marketing strategy, renewables planning, and business growth initiatives.
- Support reporting and analysis using MS Access where required for legacy databases, operational tracking, or departmental reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics outputs by implementing validation checks and governance controls.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring to enable better decision-making across marketing and renewables projects.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, sales, operations, finance, and project teams to understand business requirements and deliver timely analytics solutions.
- Standardize reporting logic, metric definitions, and documentation to ensure scalability, transparency, and repeatability of analytics processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics delivery through process enhancement, automation, AI adoption, and best practices in data management and reporting.

What you need to have?
- Graduate with minimum 8+ years’ experience overall.
- Project management, enterprise reporting, preferably in professional services industry. Demonstrated success: performing analysis in excel, communicating to leadership, drafting PPT slides.
- Strong experience in metrics and analytics within a business or project environment.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL, ETL, VBA, Python, Power BI, and Qlik.
- Working knowledge of MS Access for reporting or data management support.
- Exposure to marketing analytics and/or renewables project analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-based analytics, automation, or reporting enhancement is preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in dashboarding, reporting automation, and data quality management.
- Knowledge of R would be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
