Now hiring Senior Merchandiser for an established contemporary women’s apparel company. This role blends strong fashion instincts with merchandising analytics to shape assortments, respond to customer demand, and drive profitable growth.

REQUIREMENTS
- Develop seasonal assortments aligned with customer demand and financial goals.
- Partner with design and planning on product strategy, inventory, and profitability.
- Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and product performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Track fashion trends and competitive activity to inform merchandising decisions.
- Present seasonal plans and product strategies across teams.
- Maintain accurate seasonal product information and selling materials.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–7 years of contemporary women’s apparel merchandising or buying experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and formulas.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent product and fashion instincts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- BlueCherry and JOOR experience.
- Strong cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
