Location: Chonburi/Rayong, Thailand

Position Summary: Provide technical and administrative support to facility operations through engineering analysis, documentation management, project coordination, and system performance monitoring. Serve as the technical liaison between operations, management, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and SOPs
• Monitor and analyze facility performance data and KPIs
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling and vendor activities
• Support project planning, implementation, and commissioning activities
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies
• Maintain asset registers and maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and cost analyses
• Support procurement processes and specification development
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
• Assist in energy management and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering or technical coordination
• Experience with data centers or critical facilities preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and CMMS systems
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Good understanding of MEP systems and building operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Thai
