Meet the Team

Cisco IT is a transformation engine enabling people to do the best work of their lives! Our vision is to be loved as the world’s best IT organization. We lead with user experience, accept agile ways of working, drive engineering efficiency, and deliver with Cloud first, shift left, AI powered technology.

The Component Operations Supply Chain IT team is at the forefront of transforming our supply chain through technology. We specialize in implementing and optimizing our Supply Chain ERP solution, a critical backbone for managing everything from procurement to delivery. Our expertise ensures seamless integration of processes, providing real-time visibility and control over our entire supply chain operations. We empower data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational agility.

What you’ll Do

The B2B Integration Architect will design and scale our global supply chain ecosystem.  You will own the technical architecture that connects our internal systems (ERP/WMS) with manufacturing plants and third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment partners.

This role requires a hybrid approach, seamlessly blending traditional EDI standards with modern, real-time API frameworks to optimize data exchange and eliminate operational friction.

Key responsibilities will include:

Architecture & Design

  • Design End-to-End Solutions: Architect robust B2B gateway infrastructures linking ERP Cloud, WMS with contract manufacturers and 3PL networks.
  • Bridge EDI and APIs: Define standards for hybrid integrations, using APIs for real-time inventory and tracking, and EDI for high-volume transactions.
  • Design scalable solutions across modules such as Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, Planning, Costing, Logistics (OTM/GTM/WMS).
  • Establish future‑state operating models and transformation roadmaps for global supply chain operations.

Enforce Compliance

  • Define error-handling, retry, and auditing protocols to guarantee data delivery and meet strict SLA compliance.
  • Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, predictive analytics) for enterprise applicability.
  • Create standardized canonical data models.

 Functional & Technical Leadership

  • Lead solution design workshops, fit‑gap analysis, process mapping, and scenario development.
  • Govern integration architecture using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, and third‑party systems.

Stakeholder & Program Leadership

  • Facilitate executive workshops and decision‑making sessions to align technology capabilities with business goals.
  • Manage cross‑functional alignment across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, finance, and IT.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Fulfilment Partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 2 years of related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or Oracle EBS SCM with multiple end‑to‑end implementations.
  • 3+ years of experience working with EDI integrations
  • Hands-on architecture experience with platforms like Cleo Integration Cloud, Informatica B2B, OpenText, E2Open, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
  • Deep expertise in EDI X12, RosettaNet and EDIFACT transactions (specifically 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, compliant, and future-proof technical architectures.
  • Advanced proficiency with AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and Webhooks.
  • Strong integration architecture experience using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFDI.
  • Experience designing data models, security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
  • Ability to architect reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and analytics tools.
  • Direct experience in integrating backend enterprise software, including ERPs, WMS, and TMS engines.
  • Proven ability to lead large‑scale SCM transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication, executive‑level presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication with Business Partners, Product teams and Engineering teams
  • Oracle Cloud SCM certifications.
  • Experience in presales, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or high‑tech supply chain.
