Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You will engage in creating seamless experiences for users while ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions. Your work supports clients by delivering innovative and efficient technological solutions, often incorporating the latest advancements and adopting a cloud-first approach. Collaboration within an agile environment is a key aspect, allowing you to adapt quickly and address complex business challenges through thoughtful engineering and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
