Overview
As the Associate Director of Talent Mobility at ibex, you will be responsible for strategically managing the movement of talent within the organization. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the allocation and utilization of human resources across different projects, teams, and locations, while ensuring a seamless and effective employee experience. You will collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams to create and implement strategies that align with the company's growth and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Talent Mobility Strategy:- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent mobility strategy that supports business growth and project demands.- Identify opportunities to enhance the movement of talent across departments, projects, and geographical locations.Resource Allocation:- Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and operations teams to understand resource requirements and allocation needs.- Allocate talent based on skillsets, project timelines, and business priorities to ensure optimal resource utilizationEmployee Experience:- Create a seamless and positive employee experience during transitions, relocations, or project changes.- Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the mobility process, addressing any concerns or challenges.Performance Metrics:- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent mobility initiatives.- Regularly assess and report on mobility outcomes, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment between talent mobility, recruitment, and succession planning efforts.- Partner with business leaders to understand project requirements and align talent movement with business goals.Policy Development:- Develop and maintain talent mobility policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Create policies that address various aspects of mobility, including compensation, benefits, relocation, and remote work.Change Management:- Manage change associated with talent mobility initiatives, addressing resistance and fostering buy-in from employees and managers.- Provide training and communication to ensure understanding of the mobility process and benefits.Vendor Management:- Collaborate with external partners, such as relocation services providers, to ensure smooth execution of talent relocations.- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to meet quality and budget standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Several years of experience in talent management, human resources, or related roles within the BPO industry.- Strong understanding of BPO operations, project management, and resource allocation.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Strategic thinking and the ability to align talent mobility initiatives with overall business objectives.- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and regulations related to talent movement.- Proven experience in change management and the ability to navigate organizational shifts effectively.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and tools.- Can start ASAP
