Job Description
* Lead and execute complex service, maintenance, and repair activities .
* Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of technical issues, providing effective and timely resolutions.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize system uptime and longevity.
* Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to new product development.
* Document all service activities, technical findings, and solutions thoroughly and accurately.
* Manage and prioritize multiple service requests, ensuring efficient resource allocation and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a field service or technical support role, preferably within a high-tech manufacturing or industrial sector.
* Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electromechanical systems, software, and networking components.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues independently.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
* Experience with various diagnostic tools, test equipment, and software applications relevant to the industry.
* Ability to travel frequently to customer sites, sometimes on short notice.
