Description

- Oversee and ensure effective IT service delivery by monitoring systems, supporting daily operations, and maintaining reliable support processes.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and projects to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards to protect organizational systems and data.
- Establish and align IT strategy and priorities with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Supervise IT staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary actions, to maintain a productive team.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional departments to support organizational initiatives and technology needs.
- Performs related work as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires an Associate’s degree, vocational technical degree or specialized training that is equivalent to satisfactory completion of two years of college education.
- Over four years and up to and including eight years of related experience.
SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
- CompTIA A+ is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
