About the Department

Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Overview of the Role

• Sales Support (Retail) is responsible for administrative and sales support of one or more salespeople. Activities include processing and confirming customer transactions, while maintaining accounts, research lists, and compiling statistical information.
• Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas. The Sales function is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities and manages the execution of these plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist multiple production support functions and aid partners in fulfilling sales requirements; design and implement process improvements
• Perform card and loan application checking to ensure compliance, completeness and accuracy of the documents.
• Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirementsAid in the customer service process to ensure satisfactory customer service
• Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self-service media
• Review and provide training material to sales and operations
• Support new products, promotions, and projects defined by the business
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding organization, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Job Requirements

• Strong English communication skills and experience working with Group IT teams; hands-on experience in handling system-related issues (EWF, PLCE).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in unsecured lending, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Team leadership experience is preferred to manage the Scanning Team in the future.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support daily operational and reporting tasks.
