Manager – HR Systems & Analytics
Brisbane | Permanent Full-Time
An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Systems & Analytics professional to join a large, purpose-driven organisation supporting a diverse workforce across multiple business units. Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR technology, workforce analytics, remuneration processes and strategic people projects.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical HR systems expertise with data-driven decision making, project management and stakeholder engagement to improve organisational capability and employee experience.
About the Opportunity
As the Manager – HR Systems & Analytics, you will be responsible for the ongoing management, enhancement and governance of the organisation's HR systems while delivering meaningful workforce insights that support strategic decision making.
Working across HR, Payroll, ICT and business leaders, you will lead key annual HR programs, oversee system improvements, maintain remuneration data and provide high-quality reporting that enables informed workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and continuously improve the organisation's HR Information System and associated digital HR platforms.
- Lead the analysis, design and implementation of HR system enhancements and new technology solutions.
- Produce workforce analytics, dashboards and monthly management reporting to support business decisions.
- Maintain data integrity, governance and reporting standards across HR systems.
- Lead key annual HR initiatives including remuneration reviews, performance review processes and employee engagement surveys.
- Maintain enterprise agreement and award pay rates, ensuring payroll data accuracy.
- Conduct job evaluations using established remuneration frameworks.
- Manage HR technology and data-related projects from planning through to successful delivery.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and technology.
- Build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, ICT and operational leaders to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.
About You
You are a collaborative HR professional who enjoys using technology and data to improve organisational performance. You have strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management skills and are equally comfortable leading projects as you are solving complex HR systems issues.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Significant experience across Human Resources and HR Information Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS administration, configuration and reporting.
- Experience working as a super user within a complex HR system (Aurion experience will be highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of remuneration, workforce data and HR processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR systems or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities within a complex environment.
