Senior Staff Technician Facility

Join our Facilities & Utilities team to maintain essential plant systems, improve equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility and facility equipment.  Monitor and maintain utility systems to ensure stable operation and minimize downtime.  Operate and maintain: Water Cool Chillers, Ultra Pure Water Systems,Wastewater Treatment Systems, Compress Dry Air Systems, Air ConditioningSystems (HVAC), Building Facilities and Infrastructure  Inspect electrical systems, control circuits, and equipment for safeand reliable operation.  Maintain maintenance records and utility operation logs.  Support internal and external audits related to facility and utilityoperations.  Ensure compliance with Thai legal requirements, environmental regulations, and safety standards.  Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.  Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and energy efficiency. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Minimum education level: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, Mechatronics, Mechanical Tech. or related field. Previous experience in security operations or related field is preferred. Ability to monitor premises, control access, and maintain site safety.
