About the Role

Bitsight is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead growth across EMEA. This leader will build an AI-enabled, digital-first regional marketing engine that generates new-logo and customer-expansion pipeline.  Partnering closely with the Head of EMEA Sales and Global Marketing, the Director will:

• Build integrated campaigns spanning ABM, intent, email, digital advertising, webinars, events, executive engagement, and partner marketing.

• Drive EMEA marketing strategy, budget, and quarterly campaign roadmap.

• Align marketing programs with priority markets, industries, accounts, and revenue objectives.

• Apply AI to accelerate campaign creation, improve personalization, automate workflows, and optimize performance.

• Establish a repeatable operating model connecting global strategy with regional execution.

• Lead regular campaign and pipeline reviews with Sales and Revenue Operations.

• Measure marketing’s impact on engagement, conversion, pipeline, bookings, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of B2B enterprise marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation experience.

• Proven success building programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

• Experience partnering directly with senior sales and channel leaders.

• Strong expertise in digital demand generation, ABM, customer expansion, and partner marketing.

• Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, intent data, and personalization to marketing workflows.

• Strong analytical, operational, team leadership, and executive communication skills.

• Experience operating within a global organization and adapting programs for regional markets.

• Cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software experience strongly preferred.

80,000 - 100,000 EUR Annual
Allowance - Meal Allowance, 9.60 EUR Daily: Individual Target
Bonus - Corporate Bonus Plan, 20% Annual
Stock - New Hire Stock Plan, 1,680 Annual
