For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid understanding of financial market participants and financial products, including familiarity with Forex products and/or electronic trading systems.
- Ability to engage confidently with front office stakeholders on business and functional topics while maintaining a strong technical inclination.
- Proficiency in SQL to independently execute queries and investigate data-related issues in a consulting context.
- Capacity to lead and manage a subject area independently, taking ownership from problem identification through to resolution.
- Agile mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team that actively applies Agile principles and iterative ways of working.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
