We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and our service technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers
• Provide clear estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
• Review completed work and invoices with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
