About the role

The Supply Chain NPI Specialist will play a key role in supporting new product introductions and strategic sourcing initiatives for CHVAC products. This position is responsible for driving supplier selection, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, supplier management expertise, and a strategic mindset to ensure successful program launches and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain NPI Specialist you'll be responsible for:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery performance, and supply continuity.

• Lead supplier selection, quotation analysis, negotiations, and contract administration activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and meet project timelines.

• Analyze supplier capabilities, pricing structures, and risk factors to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.

• Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs and drive initiatives that enhance supplier performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or supplier management.

• Experience negotiating with suppliers, managing quotations, and supporting sourcing initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or BPCS, along with advanced Excel skills.

• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience within HVAC, automotive, metal-mechanical, copper fabrication, or assembly manufacturing industries.

• Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and technical drawing review.

• Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations.
