Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business and regional requirements.

Manage regional HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, regulations and company policies.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across multiple locations.

Support talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management and employee development.

Manage compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, incentives and benefits programmes.

Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters and termination processes.

Standardise and improve HR policies, processes and systems across regional locations.

Drive HR digitalisation, process improvement and HR analytics/reporting.

Partner with senior management and department heads on HR strategies, workforce needs and employee matters.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, external HR providers, recruitment agencies and relevant authorities.

Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business and management decisions.
- Travel to regional locations as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with regional or multi-country HRBP experience.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations.

Experience in workforce planning, performance management and HR process improvement.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and organisational abilities.

Good cross-cultural leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities.
