Clinical Director (BCBA)
Edinburg, Texas | $90,000 to $95,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus
Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Director for a growing ABA organization in Edinburg, Texas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is ready to step into clinic leadership without giving up work life balance. The Clinical Director oversees the clinical operations of one Edinburg clinic, provides mentorship and supervision to BCBAs and clinical staff, and maintains a very small direct caseload.
Compensation and Benefits

Position Responsibilities
As Clinical Director, you will lead the clinical team and ensure high quality, ethical ABA services throughout the clinic.
Responsibilities include:

Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and clinical team members

Review treatment plans and clinical recommendations
-
Monitor treatment quality and clinical outcomes
-
Conduct observations and quality assurance reviews
-
Support BCBA training and professional development
-
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding clinical staff
-
Assist with patient intake and assessment processes
-
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
-
Maintain a limited direct service caseload

Monitor clinic performance and clinical KPIs
-
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
-
Current BCBA certification
-
Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure
-
Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities

Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA

Strong clinical leadership and communication skills

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
This position is primarily in person in Edinburg, Texas. Limited hybrid flexibility may be considered on a case by case basis.
