What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Busser to join our team!  The Busser is key to a successful operation.  This individual is responsible for supporting the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Busser, it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, working to keep the serving stations filled, clearing, and cleaning tables, and keeping the restaurant clean. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:

• Prepare and reset tables according to outlet standards.
• Maintain water service and other assigned table-service functions.
• Clear used plates, glassware, silverware, and other items promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain proper table appearance between courses.
• Assist Servers with food and beverage delivery when requested and properly trained.
• Maintain clean and fully stocked service stations.
• Replenish silverware, china, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other operating supplies.
• Ensure dining areas remain clean and presentable throughout service.
• Remove trash and transport soiled items to designated areas.
• Handle china, glassware, and silverware carefully to minimize breakage.
• Communicate guest requests promptly to the assigned Server.
• Remain attentive to tables and proactively identify opportunities to assist.
• Complete assigned opening and closing side work.
• Support buffet setup, maintenance, and breakdown when assigned.
• Support other Food & Beverage outlets as needed based on business demands.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow service and sanitation procedures.
