Financial Analysis-P3

This role partners with APAC Finance and Operations leadership to drive business decisions, financial planning, and risk management across the full financial lifecycle. Key responsibilities include financial KPI monitoring, monthly/quarterly reporting with variance analysis, annual budgeting and forecasting, month-end close execution, and ensuring audit-ready processes that comply with accounting standards. The position manages data integrity through proper documentation of service agreements and vendor contracts, governs the complete invoice-to-cash cycle including vendor payments and client billing, optimizes working capital and liquidity, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and highlights material risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making

Business Partnering and Finance Management

•Support India MTS Operations Lead in the handling of business, financial decision making, risk mitigation and other financial advice

•Highlight the risk & Opportunity for Material pursuits.

•Monitoring and review of financial KPIs;

•Process implementation and improvements;

•Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis

Reporting/Forecasting/Planning

•Monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reporting and variance analyses

•Annual budget & quarterly forecasts with analysis & OCI uploads and contribute in preparation of APAC executive level deck.

•Review Monthly expected P&L as per the billing schedules and risk & opportunity.

Data Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit

•Ensure that service Agreement/Work Authorisation/PO/Rate cards are in place and in line with JLL policies. Also, ensure Vendor agreements/Rate cards/timesheets are maintained and reviewed from time to time.

•Ensure that appropriate processes and systems control are planned, implemented and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions;

•Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy/ready and in keeping with recognised quality management processes by way of ensuring data accuracy and integrity of the systems.

•Management of Month End processes & Responsible in ensuring month end closing procedures are properly performed and investigated i.e. Bank Reconciliation, GRNV

•Working with different finance teams (i.e Controllership, FP&A teams) to compliance to accounting standards such as revenue recognition (fee at risk), cost capitalisation, revenue deferral, Prepaid cost amortization etc.

Invoice Payments & Billings- Working capital Management

•Govern Vendor Payments process.

•Ensure accurate and timely client billings & Revenue recognition.

•Accountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of JLL cash flow.

•Optimizing working capital and monitoring liquidity on the account. Develop and execute strategies to maximize cash efficiency while minimizing financial risks.
