Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Contract Preparation
- Prepare contracts based on agreed terms and company templates.
- Review clauses for accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Incorporate changes due to regulatory updates or business requirements
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties for contract finalization.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and related correspondence.
Supplier Relationship & Onboarding
- Oversee the full supplier registration and onboarding process.
- Review and verify all documentation for new and existing customers and suppliers, including KYC and NDA updates.
- Maintain detailed records to build a comprehensive supplier database.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application(MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, Power Point).
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Independent, Initiative, Well-Organized and Detail-Minded.
- Good Team Player, Good Working Attitude and Strong Sense of Responsibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of producing high-quality work.
- 5 years of commercial and clerical experience, preferably in the manufacturing, or trading industry.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
