We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our HR team and become an important part of a stable international company within the Sandvik Group. We are seeking a professional who is not afraid of legislative changes, enjoys working with data, and can be a reliable partner for both employees and management.
What you will do
Manage the complete payroll process for employees
Administer payroll and employment-related documentation
Communicate with health insurance companies, social security authorities, and other institutions
Process sickness benefits, wage garnishments, and payroll deductions
Cooperate closely with HR and Finance teams
Prepare payroll reports and statistics
Support employees with payroll, benefits, and employment-related questions
Monitor legislative changes and ensure their implementation in practice
Who we are looking for
You have experience managing payroll independently.
You have a good understanding of Czech payroll and labour legislation.
Office 365 is one of your regular working tools.
Communicative English skills
You work accurately, systematically, and maintain confidentiality.
You are well organized and can meet deadlines.
You enjoy communicating with people and finding solutions.
It is a plus if you have
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Workday, Perm or other HR systems
Experience with digitalization of HR and payroll processes
