Position: Unarmed Mobile Patrol Operations Supervisor
Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking an experienced Mobile Patrol Operations Supervisor to oversee overnight patrol operations across multiple client locations throughout the Denver area. This leadership position is responsible for coordinating patrol personnel, monitoring service quality, supporting client needs, and ensuring officers consistently meet company and contractual expectations.

Primary Responsibilities
Patrol Team Leadership
- Supervise overnight mobile patrol officers assigned to multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate nightly patrol assignments and adjust staffing as operational needs change.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to field personnel throughout each shift.
- Monitor officer’s performance to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Operations Management
- Coordinate patrol coverage across multiple districts during overnight operations.
- Monitor shift activity to maintain appropriate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
- Respond to operational issues and assist with resolving field concerns.
- Support management with implementing operational improvements and maintaining service consistency.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Audit patrol reports, activity logs, and completed patrol rounds for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quality reviews to verify officers following post orders and established procedures.
- Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure officers comply with company policies, client requirements, and safety standards.
Client Support
- Communicate with management regarding client requests, operational updates, and service concerns.
- Assist in resolving client issues professionally and promptly.
- Help maintain positive client relationships through dependable service delivery.
- Support contract expectations by ensuring patrol operations meet agreed service levels.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare operational reports and document performance observations.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, staffing changes, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with scheduling adjustments, employee accountability, and workforce coordination.
- Support leadership with additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to obtain a Denver Guard Card.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional judgment and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a large field operation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising mobile patrol officers or security teams.
- Experience coordinating multi-site security operations.
- Familiarity with workforce scheduling, incident reporting, and patrol management systems.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills.
- Experience working with residential communities, commercial properties, or contract security services.
Work Environment
- Overnight supervision of multiple patrol districts.
- Combination of office coordination, vehicle travel, and field visits.
- Frequent interaction with patrol officers, supervisors, clients, and management.
- Fast-paced environment requires flexibility and strong organizational skills.
- Extended periods of driving, walking, standing, and reviewing operational documentation.
