You’ll be part of the Transition and Transformation organisation, reporting into the Transition and Transformation Head working in close collaboration and partnership with multiple stakeholders across the board to enable delivery of the Haleon strategic roadmap.

You’ll be empowered and accountable to deliver transitions end - end spanning multiple Haleon functions, business units globally.
About the Role
The Global Transition and Transformation function has oversight and end to end delivery accountability for a wide portfolio of transformation programs and projects spanning Operating Model, Process and Enterprise level transformation. Your role therefore is pivotal to front-ending and delivering the Operating Model transformation road map for Haleon.
- Transition Scoping and planning:
- Facilitate discovery workshops and document transition scope. Plan follow-ups where required.
- Facilitate planning workshops; develop and baseline the end-end transition roadmap / plan.
- Business Case: Closely monitor spend; manage baseline changes through change control.
- Governance:
- Partner with the Global PMO to ensure toll gate criteria are well defined relative to the transition nature and tollgates are orchestrated in line with the transition plan. Prepare content for tollgates.
- Prepare status reports on overall transition health for report-out at weekly governance. Leverage standard tooling and best practices as prescribed by the Global PMO for status updates.
- Detailed Design / Solutioning, Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning:
- Consolidate outcomes of the detailed design for report-out.
- Facilitate Knowledge Transfer planning workshops covering all aspects of the processes to be transitioned with clear alignment on scope, trainers, timelines, and ways of working.
- Recruitment, Onboarding, Knowledge Transfer (KT):
- Participate in recruitment steer cos; ensure HR gets required support from business to hire at pace.
- Align with IT requirements and raise provisioning requests in line with onboarding timelines.
- Onboard new joiners and orient / deploy for KT in accordance with the KT plan.
- Stakeholder Management: Plan stakeholder connects at an agreed cadence to keep them informed of the transition progress. Maintain a stakeholder log evidencing stakeholder engagement (Actions from the meetings, follow up plans etc.)
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for large, complex, multi-country transitions and operating model transformations.
• Own transition portfolio prioritization and resource planning in alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Act as escalation point for risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Leads within the Transition & Transformation team.
• Partner with senior business leaders to shape future transition opportunities and business cases.
• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across transition methodology.
Experience (Senior Manager)
• 14+ years of progressive experience in large-scale transitions, transformations, or shared services environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of geographically distributed teams and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience influencing strategy and decision-making at Director / VP levels.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 14+ years demonstrated experience of transitioning processes from local markets to Shared Services Captives, Outsourcing partners etc.
- Transition management experience across multiple functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Tech etc.) in a Consumer goods company is a plus, but not mandatory
- Demonstrated proficiency in project, program, portfolio management processes and principles
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects through both Agile and waterfall approach is desirable.
- Demonstrated resilience in navigating through complex and ambiguous change.
- Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills
- Hands on experience on PM tools – Example MS Project, MS P4W, Jira, Confluence, Teams
- Certifications – PMP, Prince 2
