Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain and operational functions. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across key business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee supply chain and operations activities across the organization.
• Manage planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and operational processes.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with commercial and business teams.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams while ensuring service and operational targets are met.
• Support business growth through efficient supply chain and operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain and operations leadership role.
• Strong background in planning, logistics, warehousing, and operations management.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Background in FMCG or other fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
