The Team:

Our team is a dynamic, data-driven group of analysts who thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights. We’re passionate about solving challenging problems with a mix of fun collaboration and rigorous analysis to drive impactful commercial decisions.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics regularly.

• Support financial processes such as month-end close and commissions working with members of a global Commercial team via case management system

• Manage data accuracy and integrity across systems, including territory and account alignment.

• Generate and analyze reports for sales, management, and finance teams.

• Assist with process improvements, system updates, and data governance.

• Support sales initiatives, projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 1-3yrs’ experiences in data processing or analysis, be familiar with the tools such as Python, SQL, or VBA.  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business preferrable.

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic macros/IF statements.

• Prior experience in sales support, systems, or business analyst roles.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

• Experience developing and analyzing business reports from multiple data sources.

• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Oracle, Einstein, Power BI or Tableau.
