Your tasks
We look for a commercially driven Corporate Sales Manager to grow our corporate business across the region. You will identify new opportunities, develop key accounts, and build lasting relationships that drive sustainable, recurring business.
- Develop and execute the regional corporate sales strategy, identifying and targeting high-potential clients, industries and new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, events and other relevant channels.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing and account development, while identifying upselling and recurring business opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and develop tailored solutions across employee and VIP gifting, loyalty programmes, corporate events, trade incentives and employee engagement.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate customer engagement activities, including product sampling and curated selections, to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, business development or strategic account management.
- Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients, growing existing accounts and managing the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing and account development.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of pricing, margins and commercial terms.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and manage multiple stakeholders; experience in premium consumer, luxury, gifting, lifestyle or related industries is an advantage.
- Professional fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage, along with a willingness to travel for client meetings, networking and industry events.
