What your day-to-day will look like ​

• Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with organizational objectives for Industrial sites in Logistics and industrial dining facilities.

• Manage all facility-related operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and building systems

• Lead and develop a team of facilities staff and coordinate with service providers.

• Create and oversee preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and minimize downtime.

• Manage capital improvement projects from planning through completion.

• Develop and monitor facilities budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service standards.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services and supplies Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

• Respond to emergency situations and develop business continuity plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in facility management with 6 years in managerial level.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance requirements, and operational best practices.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations including health and safety standards.

• Experience with facilities management software and computerized maintenance management systems.

• Having excellent project management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Hold a PMP Tier 1 Licence Experience managing multiple industrial 0r commercial properties or large complex facilities.

• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building operations Experience with space planning and workplace strategy implementation Experience in manage and take up a new building is preferable
