Join our expanding practice at Ganger Dermatology in Ann Arbor, Wixom or Plymouth, MI, as a Full-Time Patient Call Center Representative/Front Desk Team Member. As an integral part of our team, you will ensure our patients receive top-notch care by greeting patients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing assistance with inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments based on provider availability.
- Assist with managing patient flow to ensure efficiency.
- Address patient inquiries about appointments and care with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering when necessary.
- Communicate office policies to patients.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures at the front desk.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office and common areas including rest rooms, break room and lobby areas.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA privacy compliance guidelines.
Job Type:
- Full-Time: 5 days per week
- Dayshift: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, and occasional Saturdays and evenings

Education:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Note: While you will be assigned a home office, this position requires the ability to be assigned shifts at other locations for coverage purposes. Work expectation is 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
